Amindon Inc. is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with INTERNATIONAL SPECIALTY CHEMICALS AND PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. (ISC&P) a specialist in the sourcing of fine and specialty chemicals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), veterinary ingredients and organically certified extracts. Having a platform in common industry verticals, the two firms have formed an alliance to better serve their clients while remaining independent entities. The alliance will be managed and operated from existing ISC&P premises in Tarrytown, New York.

Amindon Inc. founded in 2006 provides R&D expertise to companies that require chemistry innovation. This includes chemical design, contract synthesis, scale-up, process development and commercial supply. Associated regulatory, IP and analytical services are also provided by Amindon. The company was founded by former executives from Ciba Corporation and Air Products and Chemicals and has experience in the plastics, coatings, lubricants, personal care, cosmetics, inks and adhesives industries.

International Specialty Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals (ISC&P) based in Tarrytown, New York was established in 1998 and is a specialist in the sourcing of fine and specialty chemicals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), veterinary ingredients and organically certified extracts. Companies from Europe, Asia and the United states are represented on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis. A generic pharmaceutical division was recently launched providing formulation development, clinical trial manufacturing, dossier licensing and bio-availability/bio-equivalence studies.
